The new iPhone s6 and iPhone 6s Plus are equipped with 2 GB of RAM, while the Galaxy Note 5 from Samsung has 4 GB. This test speed and multitasking two fighters will teach you that more is not always better.

The team with the YouTube channel Phonebuff is known for this kind of performance tests in which devices in less time trying to perform a number of tasks. Among them is the launch sequence system but also installed applications such as games and the like. The amount of RAM is an important issue here, but I RAM management, that is how I handled the OS available working memory is crucial.

With this in mind, you would conclude that the device with 4 GB of RAM without errors wins the device with 2 GB of RAM.

Galaxy Note 5 will have 4GB of RAM

It is expected that Samsung will unveil its next top phones in the coming months, and constantly appear new information and rumors about the Galaxy 5 model. The new report, published today, more or less confirms that the Galaxy 5 actually have 4GB of RAM.

Samsung Galaxy 5 will have the Exynos 7422 SoC, which will be Samsung's first "single-chip epic" solution that combines eight-core 64-bit processor with 4GB of RAM, GPU, onboard internal storage and Shannon 333 LTE modem, and all in one package. Samsung's upcoming flagship should have the 5.67-inch Super AMOLED display with Quad HD resolution, wireless charging with WPC and PMA standards, as well as the S Pen.

Reference is made to the glass back, which means that there is no replaceable battery and a microSD slot, as is the case with the Galaxy S6 model. Recent information suggests that Samsung will introduce the Galaxy Note 5 in August, to beat Apple and its launch of new iPhone models.

Galaxy Note 5 to have Write on PDF feature

In the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) application filed on June 30, 2015, Samsung has requested a new feature called Write on the PDF.

The patent says that this new function is "computer application software for mobile phones, smart phones, tablet computers, portable media players and handheld computers enabling users to annotate and save PDF documents, images and files."

Samsung's Screen Write function is already one of the most popular on the Note experience, allowing you to write on any screen and save your notes or handwriting as a screenshot and your local photo gallery, but writing on PDFs at the moment is somewhat difficult. First, you have to activate the Screen Write with the S-Pen, take a picture of the screen, then write on it. Samsung's Write on PDF feature will likely allow you to write directly on the screen, without needing to take a screenshot or activate Screen Write it to have. Instead, you'd select the function in your settings, then write on PDFs immediately.

Outside of the description, there's nothing else said about this feature, but it is exciting to think about the notes line and how much smarter it will get with this feature. Samsung just upgraded its two-year-old Galaxy 3 with Smart Select, a feature that allows you to "clipboard" texts and images simultaneously. Samsung's always been at the forefront of the software experience with its feature-packed philosophy, and write on PDF just made the smartphone-buying experience exciting again.
